Movement, Sound & Stillness

As the seasons shift and life asks more of us, we create space for you to slow down.

At Paddle Bros Wellness, our experiences have evolved beyond classes — they are intentionally designed moments of pause. Whether on the water or grounded on land, each offering is created to help you soften, reset, and reconnect.

From floating under soft, ambient light to resting in a candlelit room, every detail is considered. Warmth, stillness, gentle movement, and sound come together to support your nervous system and bring you back to yourself.

Step into a space where time feels slower.

Where breath deepens.

Where the outside world quiets.

Unplug.

Arrive as you are.

Let yourself be held — by the water, the space, the experience.

Whether you’re joining us for:

Yoga on the Water

Floating Sound Baths & Meditation

Candlelit Studio Sound Baths

Curated themed wellness nights with elevated add-ons

Each experience is layered with the signature elements Paddle Bros Wellness is known for:

It’s a moment to step away.

A quiet return to yourself.

Breathwork Facilitator

Kari Gregory

Meet Kari Gregory — Breathwork Facilitator

Kari is a proud mom of two girls and can often be found on the sidelines cheering them on at dance, curling, volleyball, softball, and 4H events. When she’s not supporting her kids or guiding breathwork sessions, she enjoys cozying up with a good book, treating herself to something sweet, and soaking up the calm of lake life.

Kari’s passion for breathwork began in 2020, when a powerful personal experience sparked her desire to learn more and share its benefits with others. Since then, she has been dedicated to helping people of all ages discover the healing and insight that breathwork can offer.

So what is breathwork? It’s a guided practice that uses intentional breathing techniques to regulate the nervous system, calm the mind, release stored stress, and reconnect with your inner self. Through specific breath patterns, participants often experience deep relaxation, emotional release, and powerful moments of clarity.

Kari creates a welcoming and supportive space where you can breathe with intention—whether you’re looking to relieve tension, gain insight, or simply slow down and reconnect. Her calm and compassionate guidance makes every session a safe journey inward.

Come experience the power of your breath and find peace—one inhale at a time.

Yoga Instructor

Amanda Conway

Amanda Conway is a Registered Social Worker, police officer, and trauma-informed yoga instructor (200-hour YTT), dedicated to supporting mental health and resilience in high-pressure environments.

Her journey into yoga began through her own experience as a first responder, where she discovered the powerful impact of grounding, breathwork, and the mind–body connection in navigating stress and trauma. What started as a personal practice quickly became something deeper—something meant to be shared.

Amanda went on to complete her trauma-informed yoga training with the intention of bringing these tools to others walking similar paths. She now supports first responders, frontline workers, and trauma-exposed individuals by creating spaces that feel safe, accessible, and deeply supportive.

Her approach is gentle, intentional, and rooted in understanding—offering practices that meet you exactly where you are.

Amanda also believes these tools are for everyone. Whether you’re carrying visible stress or something more quiet and internal, her classes offer a space to slow down, reconnect, and begin to soften.

Outside of her work, Amanda is deeply family-oriented and enjoys traveling, camping, and spending time outdoors.
